As a courtesy to WISPR's guests, you will be sent an appointment confirmation text/email 72 hours in advance and a reminder text/email 24 hours in advance. To cancel you must click the appointment link and then select "cancel appointment". Responding to the text/email is not an option as your response will not be received by the stylist. Please note that if you arrive 15+ minutes late to your appointment, you may need to be rescheduled at our earliest convenience and will be considered a no show. Any appointment that is canceled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the appointment cost. Any guest who no show's their appointment will be charged 100% of the appointment cost and a deposit may be necessary to secure a future appointment. Cancellation fees and deposits are nonrefundable and are based on service base prices.
